Shepherd Hill Regional High School is a high school located in Dudley, Massachusetts, USA. It is a regional high school covering the towns of Dudley and Charlton. The school is part of the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District. The principal is Mary A. Pierangeli. Shepherd Hill has over 1200 students.

Shepherd Hill was established in 1973. The school formerly included grades 7-12, but in 2000 Dudley and Charlton opened separate middle schools and the school is now restricted to grades 9-12.
The school's athletic teams are the Rams and the colors are maroon & gold.
Shepherd Hill belongs to the Southern Worcester County League (Central).
The school sponsors many athletic teams, including girls volleyball, boys and girls track, cross-country, soccer, tennis, basketball, baseball, softball, football, field hockey, wrestling, golf, and boys lacrosse. There are typically varsity and junior varsity teams for each sport and, on occasion, a team for only freshmen as well. The school's sports teams have generally met with success in recent years. The girl's basketball team had the biggest amount of success in 2009 from becoming state finalist in Massachusetts and in 2010 from becoming district champions in Central Massachusetts.

Other activities include Show Choir, Band, V-Dance Committee, Prom Committee, Student Council, and Junior Booster Club. The school has a very distinguished music department which offers both co-curricular and extra curricular choral and band activities. There is also an active chapter of the National Honor Society at Shepherd Hill.
On 18 January 1999 the school was selected by U.S. News & World Report as one of ninety-six 'Outstanding American high schools' and the school was congratulated in the Senate of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.[1]
